Personally I really don't like link building. I think there are far better ways to optimise your website.

That aside - I don't think you have used the right colours on your website, the black and yellow make it look spammy.

PS: I hope you are not here looking for free backlinks, you will see rel="nofollow" on the forum post links.

As a Website Designer and SEO Specialist I can say your initial website "idea" is very very good

But the fact of the matter stays that I have gone through quite alot of pages on the site and there is very little with a page rank value of 1 or more, this lets google see these sites as spammy and not really and use to a company wanting proper links
