Hi everybody...Our business (Leader's-Edge) produces lectures on Cd to help young business people, entrepreneurs and staff trainers to quickly learn important behavioural skills. We're also happy to discuss basic skills issues with you in this forum. But for now, I've been trying to offer you a free download but have not been able to post it for you under "Resources".

So here's a link that you can use to get some useful "how-to" info. The file is 37 minutes (Mp3 zip) and takes a little while to download. But I think you may well find it very worthwhile. Let me know how you find it and if we should go on posting this kind of thing. PHIL SINCLAIR
