Open Source Content Management

I have an IT company that makes industry specific software. I have operational software dealing with customs clearances (imports & exports), Electronic Performance management, Payroll, Medical Practice Management / Switch, Media Planning, Pre Paid airtime sales and some other smaller applications.
As you can see it is quite a big range of products. I know South Africa is in the need of good software and there is a big market out there for products like these. What I need is a good marketing / sales effort to get my company growing. We also do any custom desktop and web application.
I am prepared to listen to good advice and proposals.

Sorry for the incorrect login details should be username: admin password: admin123.
