so I have had request for some of my goods from a lady in Canada.\

I have found the cheapest way to get the goods to her but I now need to find out the best way for her to pay me!

as we are not geared up for export and this might be a one off..(or not)
I am not willing to set up pay pal or any such thing at the moment.
what should I do???

Paypal is really easy to set up and the Americans and Canadians trust it a lot.

my only concern would be that it gives a lot of power to the person making the payment. They can easily dispute the payment.

She should be able to do an international transfer. You will need to give her your banks address, SWIFT code etc. Take a little bit longer though.

Ok so have decided that International transfer is the way to go

I would love some hints and tips on how to set up this 'foreign buyers' system for single item buyer...
how do you handle these items?
how do I deal with things like export duties
and what wording should I have on my invoice/recites to protect myself and of course the buyer?

New ground for me and I have no idea were to start
