In today's fast track world of business and with people having to make business decisions a lot quicker, one would think that the process of finding staff would need to work on the same basis. But yet when it comes to that process thing seem to take longer than expected.

Companies cannot afford to have gaps within their organizations anymore as this effect’s the outcome of any department and/or project.

So…

- What if I told you that there were ways in which to speed up the process, and best of all, not jeopardize on quality of applicant being employed.

- What if I told you by streamlining the recruitment process within your company, you could save thousands if not hundreds of thousands of rand's on an annual basis.

- What if I told you that you do not need to pay recruitment fees anymore and still be in a position to make effective hiring decisions.

This seems to be too good to be true, but is it. Come on people we live and work in the 21st century with access to tools that simplify not only our lives but the working world as we know it. So why should recruitment be any different. The industry has got access to tools that can simplify the process. Is it that the companies are using them, but not passing the benefit down to their clients, or are they just not aware of these tools?

So what am I getting at...? Companies do not need to pay those fees anymore to get the right person for the job. There are alternatives out there. We are one of those alternatives and we strive to reduce our client’s recruitment costs and streamline the recruitment processes for them.
