Great that you are trying to add value to different people with your talent. My suggestion would be to have a full portfolio on-line. A suggestion of using
www.themeforest.com as a starting point. If you are not coming right directly the best thing to do is approach a marketing company / printing company any company that needs a graphic designer and offer your services part time. That way it could get your foot in the door.
The other thing to do is offer your services to people that need it but cannot afford it. If it gets advertised or noticed, people will start talking about you and word of mouth is very strong.
Not all short time strategies but hopefully it gets results in the long term.
