I like the feel. But maybe put in some pictures? A specially on the front page. You can maybe use a slideshow about your services.

The big open space at the bottom of your home page needs something.

I guess its not bad considering its a free template. (d-theme.com/alagna)

Personally don't like templates. Each web site has a unique purpose and should have a unique design.

Good and simple and easy to read. I agree on pictures and a bit more life to it. Otherwise I like the layout and the template you have used.
