I m kuldeep kaur and I m new to the forum

Good day everyone

Im a newbie on business and need all the knowledge and skills I can get. my partner and I are in IT business, mainly development and apps. our challenges are:

1. We have good ideas but we are trying to pursue all and they are all very different and require special attaction. how can we agree on one idea and finish it?
2. We know where we can sell our services but we dont know how to approach our potential clients?
3.How can we get an invester?
4. we once consider selling our ideas but I dont know how?

Please help?
