Yes customers are hard to find and those you have even harder to keep. Then how to you grow and keep the customer base you have? My tip to all SMME businesses striving to maintain their customer base is: Identify three basic things/principals/policies/procedures that you have to get right all the time. Make  sure you get those right all the time and every time, until it becomes a norm.

 

The difficult thing in doing this is to identify the three basic things you need to get right. Identify those aspects then you start mastering them and never falter on them then you begin to restore your credibility with your customers and potential customers.
