In today’s competitive world it's not always that easy to get a customer but it can be even more difficult to keep that customer. This should not be the case...

We are all customers at one time or another and that's an important fact often forgotten by the small business owner. Keeping your customers starts with you being able to put yourself in their shoes and evaluating yourself against your own personal expectations. I am personally big on service and if a business does not deliver on my expectation I will probably go somewhere else where my expectation will be met. This may sound petty but it's a very important step in keeping your customer.

Gone are the days where the small corner shop owner barely greeted you, knowing you don't have much choice but to use his services. Try that today and you might not see that customer tomorrow.

Keeping your customers is about delivering on your promises and meeting their expectations.

So start the day with a smile, put on your customer shoes and deliver on your promises!
