Good Evening

i have reserved a Business name two months Back since then i canT seem to proceed to register the name because the documents are so complicated that one cannot know which to choose.

What i would like to know is what documents(Forms) should i fill if i want to register a Private Company with One director and shareholder ,if you have already reserved the name.

All comments(steps) are welcomed .

As your name application is already approved, the next stage is to complete the following documents and deliver or post them to CIPC. CoR 14.1 (Notice of incorporation) CoR 14.1A (Initial Directors) CoR 15.1A (MOI - shortened form for private companies) Certified Copy of ID's Deposit R175 into you CIPC account. Good Luck

Message me if you need any help! Ill be more than happy to assist. You need to look carefully at your MOI also before registering it. You don't want just the generic rules applying to your company. You can customize it to suit your needs and protect your business!

Hi Yolandi

Have you gotten the help already ? The new companies Act has changed, but it makes it easier to run a company though with more expectations on Directors. It takes 16 workings days to get it done, but with the online registrations it can be shorter, we have had good successes. I have registered a pty ltd in July and for a bank account we need copies of all the forms. Nobody informed us of the duplicates. Now all our funds are on hold because we have to wait 30 days for CIPC to locate our documents. Arlete
