Hallo- my name's [PHIL SINCLAIR (Leader's-Edge) and this is just to say Hi as new "old boy" on this block. I have many years experience as a publisher of self-development and self-learn management materials for young managers, entrepreneurs and SME's.

Don't yet know this forum but some of my subject areas may be of interest to Members and if I can be helpful on this forum let me know. Creative Thinking, Team Building, Making Presentations, Motivation, Assertiveness Training, Negotiation, Leadership Skills, Time Management, Communication...happy to open discussion wherever helpful.

We are planning on expanding the resources section to include articles on various business management topics. Members will be able to contribute to it, but it will not be open for general submission like the ARTICLES section is.

Thanks Dylan, for the welcome. I can certainly contribute regular "how-to" articles on a number of small business management and personal development topics. I look forward to getting some parameters from you.

I have made a Cd that introduces some skills - usually it costs R49 - but I'll be happy to offer any members a download for free if they'd like it. I found I could not download it onto your website under (Resources - Free downloads). Maybe the file was too large (Mp3 Zip 22MB), or you can't use Mp3 files? Let me know.

Thanks Rika...had to think how to create the link but did it through www.mediafire.com It's great. They host all of your big files, for free and you can get private personal downloads or offer downloads for sharing off their site through the URL for your file that they provide for pasting into your emails, or into websites.
