I find Hello Peter works best as a Customer when you have a problem with a big corporate and you aren't getting a response from the normal channels.
I'm not convinced that Hello Peter is great for small businesses. I get the impression that Hello Peter is biased to negative feedback - people use it primarily to moan about bad service. If you have a small business you generally don't have enough customers rating you to get a balanced view of your company.
