I recently went shopping for a new Le Creuset frying pan.

I went to the Gardens shopping centre branch, they didn't have the right pan, so they sent me to Tygervalley (after calling them). I got to tygervalley and their pan was a little damaged.

They ordered another one for me.

It got there a week later than expected and it was the wrong colour.

Just got a call from the Le Creuset office saying that a right pan would be there tomorrow - and they're giving it to me as a gift!

That is setting a great example - excellent customer service!
