Hi,
We sat in his office and I gave him the quote and he excepted.
All done verbal and I went back twice (200 Kilos) for him to look at the outlay and he was happy. I then put it on the net. Only after he complained did i seek advice from the forum

Hi Kees,

I would be somewhat disappointed if I were you. I see that the site is 'under construction'. It seems as if the situation did turn our sour? Or are you rebuilding the site for the client?

In terms of design, everything was fine in my opinion.

Anyway, I hope that everything works out well.

Francois

Oh man...Kees that happens and it sucks. I hope you got paid already because looks like you going to have problems with that one.

I remember when I worked as a Call Centre Techie I failed on my first call assessment because of a really irate customer. My mentor said that it was a really tough one. He told to firstly always agree with the customer, listen to them, let them vent, and then assure them that you have listened to their complaint and you'll find a solution that they happy can be happy with. One bad experience with a client can be bad marketing even when it's not your fault.

Hope for the best Kees.
