To be honest, I find the layout at the top rather odd. I thought that the site was still loading as it seemed to be missing elements.

I would neaten up and simplify your home page.

Once that is sorted, look into some SEO. Your title tag on your home page is not going to help you at all, it's just your sites url.

Google are placing a big emphasis on social media recommendations; I don't see any social media integration on your site. (only looked at home page)

That's a starting point. I hope it helps.

The most important question is: what are you selling? Is it instantly obvious? No. Visitors spend 7 seconds before deciding whether or not they're going to stay on your site.

Separating the first post introducing your company from your portfolio will make more sense to your visitors. Instead of having it as a post (since it's so short) change it into an eye-catching banner.

Also - important - pay attention to SEO.

Having a pretty website means nothing if it's not being found
