Hi

It's good to see a CPA service like this educating suppliers. Hopefully, it will reduce the number of consumers having to rely on the provisions of the CPA to enforce their rights.

Your website states, "EduTrain is a collaboration of training facilitators, consultants, attorneys and other professionals, together with alliance partners." Kindly inform us who these different parties are because it sounds like quite a broad spectrum of resources are being tapped.

Thanks

Hi Bandit

Thank you for your comment.

What it basically means is that I have a wide network of people knowledgeable, skilled and passionate on, amongst others, the topic of the CPA which I can, when required, harness in order to deliver on a wide range of training and related projects.

Also have a look at www.saconsumerprotectionact.com

I had a look at your forum and it seems quite useful. I have a query relating to the strict liability provisions of the CPA, which I'll post in the "Legal Questions" section of the MSB forum.

I would appreciate it if you could apply your mind to it.
