Open Source Content Management

Hi!
We have just redesigned our corporate site [url=http://http://pdgroup.co]pdgroup.co[/url] and even changed our logo. Now we would like to know your opinion about it. We have a picture on the front page and if the user presses a button in center - new elements will appear (picture, mirror ball, jacuzzi). Is it ok for visitors to see it? Won't they think that we only have fun at work? And what do you think about the whole design of our site?
