Hi John,

I did a SEO review for the site and this is what I came up with:

!) Structure is Good
2) Your Menu is not SEO friendly (try avoid image menu's)
3) Too many links at the bottom, try to keep you internal links down to no more than 10.
4) Remove the <keywords> meta tag
5) Terms and Privacy policy dont need to be in sitemap, if they are there then make their change freq "yearly"

Otherwise everything else looks pretty good.
