I have got my self into a sistuation with sars and not sure how to handle it.

when does or if the amnisty apply to a small business..

any help would be greatly valued

Hi Abi,

The Tax Amnesty window is open till October 2011, suggest you chat to your account to see how best you approach SARS.

Remember only interest and penalties may be waived but not any principal amounts
