Hi All,

I recently started my business namely SA Electronics Wholesaler. My problem lies here, i am not a marketing expert and need to get exposure/numbers to my website.

What are effective means of doing this? i have already used the twitter and facebook routes but no success so far.

My next alternative is to print flyers and hand them out all over.

Any suggestions or ideas?

You have a few options.

A good one would be to do some SEO, get your website to the top of the rankings for relevant terms "wholesale XYZ" - this is not difficult when targeting the SA market as there is not that much online competition.

It looks like you may be trying to do this, linking to your website with the anchor text SA Electronics Wholesaler - if you look at the source code you will see rel="nofollow", so this is not going to help your rankings.

If you want immediate traffic, set up a Pay Per Click campaign targeting your specific geographic areas.

I'd recommend listing on this wholesale website (free) www.RetailHub.co.za

Make sure that you are capturing info from contacts as you will be building your wholesale business on lasting relationships.
