Anyone up for a bit of a light-hearted competition? I've decided to try something new so bear with me, while I think this through.
Lots of potential business people have approached me and asked me to do their website. Their expectations of what I am prepared to do for free, outweigh my concept of freebies by a fair margin. Not that I mind doing something for goodwill, mind you. Its just that the expectations range from "bill me later" to "share in my profits". Note, that the first is an extension of the first. Frankly, I'm not into "profit share", nor do I want a piece of your pie. Thanks, but no.
So here's the thing : business today is not the website, but without the website, don't bother. So I'm going to run a competition to get people started. There will be a minor entry fee mind you, but the winner will get a website, gratis/free.
