My business has just gone operational and everything is falling into place. Is it ideal to set up an advisory committee or get a mentor at this stage and how will either action have an impact on the business?

It is always advisable to have some form of mentorship, whether it's from fiends and colleagues, or formal mentorship from a consultant or in an incubator environment.

It would help if you'd tell us a bit more about your situation: your business, current stage at which the business is at, your education & experience.
