at 5% discount. I am clueless as to where to advertise or promote this site.

Google is your Friend. Spam is unwanted or unsolicited communication advertising a service or product. You are not at all likely to win friends and sales by mass posting your marketing messages.

You should talk to a marketing specialist about your needs. take plenty of cash with you.
