Beatrix Pickard-Cambridge will be embarking on a practical exercise eliciting the difference in perception we have around our values in business and our values in our personal lives, showing how we often do not live from the same core.
The following topics will be addressed:
• Integrity and Personal Essense within your Business and how to stay true to that despite the pressures of deadlines ,competition , fear of rejection and financial adversity
• How to be discerning in not spreading our essence so thinly that we sell ourselves out to the biggest bidder
• Values as our fingerprints
• Creating re-alignment with our values and our principles in Business and in Life.
ABOUT OUR GUEST SPEAKER:
Beatrix Pickard-Cambridge has 16 years experience in the field of Holistic Health, Complementary Therapies, Trauma Releasing, Conflict Facilitation, Hypnotherapy, Face Profiling, and Transformational Leadership and Personal Development.
Creating a bridge between an individual’s internal self and his external reality for greater balance, authentic interaction, communication and facilitating transformation and de-layering the processes that block our progress.
Her personal journey has focused her passion on improving authentic connection, interaction and communication as human beings , being it in organizations or the home environment.
Face Profiling allows her greater understanding of an individual’s personal dynamic, aptitudes and challenges and how to reframe those challenges to benefit the greater whole of an organization.
She consults with individuals, managers and teams to implement change, harmonious flow and greater productivity within the internal structure of an organization.
She coaches Sales Teams on understanding their client’s personal dynamic which aids in the building of lasting relationships.
Understanding your client’s personal dynamic helps you to make the human connection that enables you to understand his needs, his wants and his dreams.
Her experience includes consulting with a scriptwriter and director of film and theatre in castings and understanding an actor’s natural ability to access the emotional depth necessary for a specific role.
