What Makes Men Tick
THIS IS A MIXED NETWORK. BOTH BUSINESSWOMEN AND MEN ARE WELCOME.

Title: What Makes Men Tick
We often joke about how difficult it is to understand women yet it's often men who behave in the strangest and most irrational ways. Knowing how to interact effectively with men is a crucial skill for any woman both at home and in the workplace. Whether it’s a boss, a colleague, a subordinate, husband, father or son, understanding the emotions and thought patterns that drive men is invaluable in getting the most out of your relationships with them, both for you and for the man.

This talk will reveal the drivers that are at the core of every man’s soul and why men behave the way they do. It will provide insights into what true masculinity is and how masculinity and femininity can combine to create the most effective environment and outcomes in all areas of life.
