About our Guest Speaker: Lana Potgieter is the Managing Member of EXCELERATE CONSULTING. She is a business and life coach trained through the Neuroleadership Group and a member of the International Coaching Federation.
Over the years she has worked in most industries and with businesses of all sizes. Always with great results and often with continued work within the organisations for several subsequent years. Her passion is to see entrepreneurs, executives and leaders at all levels thrive in their roles and so enable them to take measurable results, as well as employee engagement within the organisation, to greater heights.
Increasing productivity, happiness, innovation and collaboration through improved employee engagement leads to sustainability and increased profitability in every business. Participants also experience tremendous personal growth and liberty, impacting the other spheres (family, health, purpose and spiritually) of their lives.
Lana started her business in 2004 after completing the “Dynamics of Personal Management” and the "Dynamics of Personal Goal Setting" programs from Success Motivation International (SMI). Through the program she realized that "this" was what she truly wanted to do. She has been an official licensee for Success Motivation International (SMI) and Leadership Management International (LMI) since then. LMI and SMI have as their mission and purpose as“Helping individuals and organisations unlock their potential”.
