What is our policy on working with automation software (AI)?

We do not use it in our transcripts but will proofread your automated transcripts and offer different pricing accordingly.
We offer different options when it comes to typing – we can retype from scratch or work with converted documents and offer different pricing accordingly. Converting documents is still quite time consuming and we can do it for you.
We do not work with it in our editing but will check your automated edits and offer different pricing accordingly.
To get certification on transcripts or edits you must have a qualified transcriber or editor check your work.

Although based in Johannesburg, South Africa, we are not limited to location and are set up to easily service international clients. We were working virtually before it was cool to do so!
