The organisation has more than 20 years projects experience combined and has successfully executed more than 500 projects across all industries, since its inception in 2006. These projects have mainly been on organisational development, training, change management, new venture creation, coaching, mentorship, project financing, taxation, organisational legal framework, investment portfolios, business rescue & re-engineering, accounting, payroll administration, research and development, to name just a few.

Head: Projects and Research
Jarrot boasts of 18 years with SMMEs, particularly in Projects, training and mentorship, fund-raising, due diligence, supply-chain management, project management, production, product pricing, tax, reporting, monitoring, evaluation, inventory management, capitalisation, statutory compliance, organisational development and change management.

Jarrot is responsible for the enforcement of Jaylee Group’s policies, procedures, vision and mission in line with global trends. He has a passion for consultancy, particularly on tax issues, reporting and small business management. He drives performance measures for all operations.

Head: Training and Development
With more than 15 years experience, Limkile is an Assessor, Moderator, Lecturer, Monitoring and evaluation specialist, Mentor, Peer educator and HIV and AIDS Advocate. A graduate of Stellenbosch University, she is qualified with an MPHIL in HIV and AIDS Management and a Masters in Business Administration. She has outstanding track record as a Lead trainer and corporate strategist. Limkile is multi skilled, she provides advice in terms of training or development and also develops and communicates strategies, policies and the group’s vision to stakeholders

Future
Head: Financial and Business Services
Future provides a total oversight for the whole group, ensuring the smooth flow of the business operations for both internal and external stakeholders. She provides guidance in resource allocation to most productive uses with the aim of realising highest potential value to stakeholders. A graduate of BCOM Finance holder, Future has extensive experience in Financial issues and leads a team of dedicated Financial consultants.

Nigel takes care of our software and hardware problems and requirements for the entire Group. In addition to this, he provides support to clients and taking advantage of technology to improve services.

Apart from broad consultancy duties, Sibahle is responsible for stakeholders’ records management systems. This includes client set-up, general maintenance and data security, in line with the prevailing statutory requirements for all businesses in the Republic of South Africa.

Jaylee provides internship to graduates from various fields of specialisation, making them ready for employment and Tebogo is the gentleman driving that portfolio. He provides guidance on recruitment, co-ordination, supervision and assessments.
