  • Only sell a good product. In fact sell the best product or a better one than your opposition. Make sure the product has passed the quality test. 
  • Sell at the same price or preferably than your opposition. Remember quality can never be comprised no matter what happens. If there is a problem, don't query it, replace immediately......   
  • Give the best service. If it is slow talk to the customer, as a rule they do understand when you talk to them. 
  • When you compromise do so only on the price.
  • When negotiating the price look at the customer and make sure that they can pay for it and also make sure you make a profit.
  • If you make a mistake, apologize, nothing impresses a customer as a sincere apology.
  • Always thank the customer for the support, he pays your "salary".
